This site is dedicated to information and resources to help stop Bullying in our schools.


  • ItGetsBetterProject is a YouTube project that tells gay students that although it may be hard now, it does get better. The videos are funny and touching but they provide a message that the students need to hear.
  • Kids Against Bullying is a great site-particularly for teachers- it gives all sorts of ideas of how to cope and deal with issues that will arise in the classroom.
  • NJBullying is a site from New Jersey that came into being after a student's suicide was believed to have been caused by bullying. As a part of a measure enacted, all teachers and administrators were required to complete anti-bullying training. Resources useful for all educators can be found here.
  • StopBullyingNow - U.S. Department of Health and Human Services - offers tips for kids and adults on how to identify and prevent bullying. It also includes guidelines for improving school culture. There are sections for Kids and for Adults - information, games and special features.
  • Teaching Tolerance has a great list of Do's and Don'ts for Teachers to help in a bullying situation.

    • Digizen Resources provides an award winning CyberBullying video along with resources for helping to discuss this issue.
    • NetSmartz provides a great collection of Tip Sheets on how to handle different issues related to Cyberbullying as well as other Internet issues.
